Dell XPS12 (9Q33) frozen after starting A08 Bios update
My Dell XPS12 (9Q33) is frozen during Bios update. It has been 2 hours now. I see command prompt window - Firmware Update Utility.
What needs to be done here ?

To power the system off and try booting, slide and hold the power switch until the power shuts off. Then try powering up again - depending on where the freeze occurred, the system may be able to boot. If it doesn't, you'll face a repair choice: have a shop remove the BIOS chip, flash it externally and re-solder it, or replace the system board.
