Dell insperon will not boot
Installed PC Tools, when the computer turns on it goes to a pale blue endless loop of scan disc. I have tried all sorts of safe mode starts, but nothing gets it out of the loop. Any idea?Judy

There are many different all-in-one PC Tools type programs available, so which "PC Tools" did you install, specifically?
Have you considered contacting the developer about this problem?
Unless they can offer specific help/suggestions... and given that you've already tried Safe Mode etc, I suspect you may have to either restore your system to its factory settings (using the 'Recovery' partition), or do a 'Repair' install of the OS :emotion-6:
