Dell inspiron 11 3000 series
I bought a Dell Inspiron 11 3147 laptop-tablet in Costco, Detroit, USA. I am now using it in Hyderabad, India. I would like to know the licence number of the windows 8.1 operating system the came preinstalled with this device. I would also want to know how to completely backup the operating system and all my personal files in case of a necessity. Please do reply as soon as possible.

Yes, the license number (product key) is located in the BIOS. Use RWEverything to retrieve it.
Go to Start and type in 'file history', choose File History, then System Image Backup (lower-left corner).
