Dell inspiron 15 (3521) with Touch Support Input Question

Question: "Can the Dell Inspiron 15 3521 support pen input?"

I have a few Wacom Bamboo pens and a generic tablet pen and they aren't reconginzed by the touchscreen.

Windows8 OEM reports that both multitouch input and pen input are available on the touchscreen.

Is there a driver package I need for the screen to recongize tablet pens... or is there a brand of tablet pens designed for the Dell Inspiron 15 3521?
