Dell inspiron 5558 Broken hinge

I purchased this stupid laptop like stuff in march 2016, I hardly use it for personal purposes, since I have a official laptop. Within 10 months, THE HINGE ON LEFT IS BROKEN, when I try to open it, the screen seems to detach from panel,  I have given to a authorized service centre in bangalore India,  they say it is not covered under warranty,  I have read so many people having similar experience with the laptop model,  seems to be a,  and still they dont want to admit it,  I am planning to go to ,  because I have Invested my hard earned money to buy a branded product.  My invoice no is ,  THIS IS MY LAST DELL PRODUCT.
