* Graphics : Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD HD 7730M

My problem is that when i install a fresh copy of windows 8.1 and attempt to install AMD HD 7730M driver and restart my laptop it no longer boot and stuck at this BOSD :

So, what's causing this problem?

Thanks.

The AMD HD 7730M driver is for windows 8. You need AMD Radeon HD 7670M/7730M Graphics driver for windows 8.1. Please change operating system to windows 8.1 in link below, stroll down to Video and then expand it. Install correct driver.

Unfortunately Dell haven't updated lately any of the Video drivers for windows 8.1 and 10. Hopefully Dell get around to updating Video drivers in the near future. In the meantime, I'd suggest you continue to surf the AMD website and Drivers & Software - Intel for updated video drivers. You can also type device manager onto search box, expand Display Adapters (Video),  right click AMD driver, and then update it.
