Dell inspiron 7559 hanging
Hi,
I have bought dell Inspiron 7559 2 months back. Around last 3 weeks iam facing hanging issues which is increasing. both keyboard and mouse pad hangs for a 2 to 3 second and gets normal. now its hanging again and again. Iam not even playing games on it that requires huge processing power.
I hanged 7 to 8 times while writing this post.
Please suggest what to do.

Thanks for writing to us.
Was there any hardware or software changes done before the issue started?
Please run hardware diagnostics by tapping on f12 during start up and then select diagnostics.
Is the machine overheating?
Does it hang on any particular applications?
Please do update the BIOS from support site. Support.euro.dell.com--enter the service tag#--submit--select the operating system--scroll down to BIOS and install the same if not yet done.
Please do provide us your system tag# and the name its registered under, contact number and email address.
