Dell inspiron N5010 is not getting on.

Hi, I have Dell N 5010 laptop, and I was using my laptop without any problem till last night. I turned off my laptop with proper shut-down. But when I tried to turn on my laptop today, it didn't get on. Then I removed the battery and pressed the power button for 1 min and inserted the battery, tried again to turn it on, but it didn't get on.

Later on I plugged it with the charger, adapter was on as green light was on in the adapter, but laptop was not indicating that it was plugged in as battery charging indication light was not on nor blinking. So kindly suggest me what I should do for this? What could be the problem.

What is the status of the power button? Do you feel the fan spinning?
