Dell inspiron N5050 factory settings

Hi

This is my first time here.

I am wanting to restore my laptop to its factory settings/reformatting my laptop. I have the drivers and utilities disk that came with my laptop. My laptop is the Home Premium and I got no other disks with my laptop. How would I go about restoring the factory settings/reformatting my laptop?

Stephen

Hi Stephen,

Please refer to the following article, which has steps to perform factory restore (for Windows 7):

In case if this does not work, I request you to private message the system service tag code. To private message, accept my friend request; click on my user name and click start conversation.

Please perform the steps mentioned above and post the results.
