Hi,
Thank you for writing to us!
If the system is already on windows then you can restart it ,however a cold restart is not possible.
We would also like to know how did you isolate the issue with the power button.

Well my brother who fixes computers took off the keyboard and looked at the wire that goes from the power button to the motherboard and at the end it was about a millimeter to short and wasn't making proper contact with the plug
