Hi Yaj765,

Please run diagnostics just to make sure the hardware is fine.

Try updating the BIOS using this link below

after updating the BIOS (if the system lets you update), try uninstalling and reinstalling the Video card driver.

To uninstall go to Device Manager (type in search box), expand Display Adapters select your video card.

Click Uninstall, put check mark for delete driver software, and click Ok

Reboot the system, download and reinstall driver from this link below

(Note: Please select the right card and download the drivers install it.)

Reply with your findings.

Hey,

I found this website very helpful:
http://www.microsoftlivesupport.com

You need not sit and search for the fixes. Most of the issues are resolved for free and they don't push you for sales unless a maintenance is required.

You can chat with them by clicking on the chat button and they resolve the issues in minutes by taking your computer remotely.

They are like my local technicians now as they charge you very less than other local technicians and remote support services.

Hi Yaj765,

I would request you to back up the data and do a windows reinstall just to rule out a software issue. You can follow this link.
