Dell latitude E5530 froze and now doesn’t boot

Hello,

This morning I turned on my laptop and all of a sudden it froze on Desktop. I could only shut it down from the power button so I did that. When I tried to turn it back on it didn’t even display the POST message. The screen is black, cpu fan is not working and the only indicators that light up are the power LEDs and the CAPS Lock button. Then the CAPS Lock LED turns off and after a few seconds power indicator LEDs turn off as well. I tried removing the battery and pushing the power button to remove any remnant electricity on the system and then put it back on to see if it starts but no luck with this either. Appreciate any help and thank you in advance.

I'm assuming the computer is up and running again?
