Dell latitude e5530 won't turn on

This morning I turned on my laptop and all of a sudden it froze. All I could do was to shut it down from the power button. Then, I try to turn it back on and no POST message is shown. Only the power indicator LEDs and the CAPS Lock button LED light up. After a few seconds the CAPS Lock LED turns off and after a few more seconds power indicators turn off as well(Screen is blacked out all this time). Appreciate any help.

Unplug the system and remove the battery.  Hold the power button for 30 sec.  Remove and reinstall both memory modules and the hard drive.

Verify that the LED on the AC adapter is ON before you connect it to the system.  If it's not, replace it with a new one.

Plug in the AC adapter, leaving the battery disconnected.  If the system powers up, reconnect the battery.  If it resumes failing to power up with the battery installed, the battery is bad - replace it with a new one.

If the system is still not booting thereafter, the mainboard is bad and will need to be replaced.
