Dell touchpad won't scroll in editable documents??

Hi all,

I just got a brand new Dell 15 5000 Inspiron a week ago and yesterday my two finger scroll stopped working in editable documents. This is especially frustrating because I am trying to code a website and have to move all the way over to the scroll bar is very time consuming.

Is anyone else having this problem? Two finger scroll won't work in things like word docs or sticky notes..?

I was on the phone with Dell Support for almost 2 hours this morning and despite letting them take over my computer, doing a system refresh etc. the problem is unresolved.

Any help is much appreciated!
