Discuss about upgrade of graphic card

I have a dell model vostro 1550 in which core i3 processor,2gb ram and 500gb HDD its good for me.But its main problem in gaming side as i love game and i want to play game in laptop but its graphic card is low for higher games so i ask that it is possible to upgrade graphic card if it is so please tell me about this as soon as possible.
