Disk read error while booting inspiron n4110.

I am having issues with HDD. OS stopped booting, and getting a blank screen saying "Disk read error press Ctrl+Alt+Del to reRECOVERY"

i am getting  an error code 2000-0142 on dell diagnostics.

I had purchased this  inspiron n4110 last year.

Can someone help me out as soon as possible....

Pls let me know what could be exact reason behind the erro

If your system is under warranty, report the error to Dell and they'll send a replacement drive under warranty.

If it's out of warranty, you'll need a new, 2.5" 7- or 9.5 mm SATA notebook drive.

Your hard drive has failed.

If the system won't boot into  Windows, remove the hard drive, mount it into a 2.5" USB case and attach it to a working system by USB.  Back up what you can read to the working system's hard drive.

This error is definitive - the drive is failing.
