I dont know what happened.i tried restarting it couple of times.it again showed display but after that went blank again. However it works fine on externel display.Laptops Screen flashes at very start.I connected it to another D630's screen but problem is the same.

Hi fike202,
BIOS update may be one of the reasons for the issue.
I suggest that you shut the system down, remove the battery and disconnect the ac adapter, press and hold the power button for 20 to 30 seconds. Now connect only the ac adapter and wait for 30 seconds and turn on the system. This will drain any residual charge in the capacitors.
Since there is display on the external monitor I recommend you to run test on the display. This test will help in diagnosing if the issue is with the LCD panel or with the controller. If the colors are displayed across the screen without a problem then the issue lies outside of the LCD.
To test the display shut the system down, next press and hold the letter ‘D’ on the keyboard and press the power button. This will initiate diagnostics on the display. Check the status of the display and please revert.
