Does the Inspiron 17 - 7000 (model 7773) support PCI E 3.0 x 4 ???

I'm going to install a NVME m2 drive, and read that in order to get the full speed, my motherboard needs to support PCI E 3.0 x 4 and not just (x2).  I can't seem to find the info - checked the stickes too.
