Doubts about XPS 15 9550 and DP, DVI-D

Hello Guys,

So I'm planning to get an XPS 15 9550 which apparently has a Thunderbolt 3 port.

I have a 144hz monitor which only has a DVI Dual Link port (no display port), can I use this cable to see 144hz from this laptop?:

If not would a HDMI 1.4 cable at least get me into 120hz? (All of this depending on what I'm running, I know the hardware this laptop has won't run high-end games with max settings @ 120fps), what I want to know is if its a good choice considering the monitor I already have, I won't be using this laptop as a gaming station but I would like to see movies in my monitor as ~120-144hz with it.
