E-port Plus II - Setting up 2 monitors

Hi,

I just received my Latitude E6230 with E-port Plus II docking station. I have 2 monitors and am struggling to get them both working. I used the generic monitor cable to hook up the first one and then used the other cable that comes with Dell monitor to connect the other one but it does not receive signal.

Anyone have a quick setup suggestion?
