E4300 Docking Problems

Hello all,

We have recently had the new E series in stock at work. Now with previous machines we have had no problem, but with one E4300 in particular we have issues with it docking. It doesnt even create a docked profile. I have tried to create  a docking profile manually but i still cant get the laptop to know its being docked. Becuase of this some of the features do not work, for example the network card, but display etc does work.

Any suggestions? im new to this place so if you need to ask my anything feel free, sorry if this is not enough detail.
