E6400 DVDRW Issues with Custom Image

We have an image that we put on all of our Dell Computers. When we got the E6400 and installed the image on it, we were having problems burning CDs and DVDs using our image. We knew it was a software issue because we did not have any problems with the laptops that were "fresh out of the box" and wasn't imaged.

After five days of research and comparing software on the computers, we found that our image was missing the "Intel Matrix Storage Manager", This was stopping the drive from burning. We installed the software on already imaged drives and it worked like a charm!
