E6400 cannot burn any media running under Windows 7 x64 using any burning application
I work in an IT department and have verified this on multiple E6400s. When running Windows 7 x64, I am unable to burn any CD or DVD using any software (I've tried 6 different applications). Running Windows 7 32bit on these same E6400s, media burns just fine so this is something specific with Windows 7 x64.
All the drives on our E6400s are the same, the TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-U633A with the latest firmware available, DW10.
Since more and more of our users are moving to Windows 7 x64 on these E6400s, this is becoming a problem quickly.
Please advise.

For the record, to help anyone else out there that might be having this problem, after speaking with Dell support, the fix was to install the latest Intel Matrix Storage Application, release date 10/13/2009, ver 8.9.2.1001, A01. This can be found under the SATA Drivers category under Windows 7 64-bit for the E6400.
