E6500 & E6400

There have been many reviews written about the two Laptops above which to say the least put the cart before the horse. undoubtedely there will be some faults in anything new, it's just like buying a car, first few days back in the garage thereafter all is well. the writer has been an avid Dell fan for over 10 years now and have been very impressed with the standard of their equipment , and extreemly impressed with the after sales service. Having said this I await a replacement as the sound stack keeps stopping and when the drivers are re installed Ok it works for a while,however the sound is very poor. Nontheless for a business laptop complete surround sound is not needed only that it is reliable. Give Dell their due the new replacement will be most likely better than the previous one and look forward to receiving it so all out there who are jealous of Dell and their excellent service give it a break as from past experience the competition if it is to catch up has a long way to go.
