ESXi installation

Hi all,

I want to install ESXi on a Dell laptop (Vostro 3560 - Service Tag: D7182X1) in order to have a trial on VMware products. I downloaded both ESXi and vCenter ISOs from VMware site, but I can't install ESXi on my laptop. The error I get is "No Network Adapter detected...". I found that it is a well known issue on Dell systems, and I've just to download a customized ESXi from Dell Support.
