The Inspiron 5559 started shipping in 2015. How long have you had your 5559? Did the issue start after you installed a Windows driver update? Or some other driver update manually? What Realtek driver version is currently installed?

I bought it two months ago and I don't know if it started after I installed the window driver update and I am using version 6.0.1.8142 of Realtek audio driver.

You might try uninstalling driver 6.0.1.8142, then installing the previous 6.0.1.7908. Then reboot and retest.

You can also test the retail Realtek ALC3234 audio driver.
