Email help!
Ugh,
So, Dell sent my mother back a broken laptop, (this laptop failed to initialize) and now that the warranty has expired they wont help me.
Does anyone know an email address I can contact Dell at?
I 'd be most appreciative.

Thanks guys,
I was literally transferred 7 times before I got the phone number of someone who could actually help. (I have to call today).
As always I appreciate the help.
