Based on your description, I believe you are not using OEM Windows 7 disk from Dell. Do you have a valid license for the Windows 7 installation disk that you have created?

Also, did you try Phone Activation?
   -Click “Start”, type “slui.exe 4” without quotes and press enter. Select your country and please follow the on-screen instructions.

Hi i do what you tell me but only give 3 options

buy a new product key online

type a different product key

contact microsoft to help resilvo ( which it doesn have any phone activation)

what can i do thanks a lot, im worry it told me the product key is invalid for activation.

But i dont know why i have my label with the serial and all this stuff. the only thing is that i made a windows 7 intallation cd.

Where did the replacement copy of 7 come from?  Is it the same version that your product key is for?

I downloaded and yes seems to be the same version becuase said windows 7 profesional sp1
