Event ID=219, Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-PnP
After installing Win7x64 on a Dell Latitude E6410 I had the following entry in event log. It occurs always at boot.

Beschreibung:
Fehler beim Laden des Treibers \Driver\WUDFRd für das Gerät USB\VID_0A5C&PID_5801&MI_01\7&1eb0f4e8&0&0001.
The problem has gone after installing the driver RICOH_R5U24X_A04_R263985.exe for the smartcard reader.
After installing the sound driver, it is in event log again and I wasn't able to solve this problem yet.
Anyone else with this problem or possible solutions?

It would help if you would identify the USB device for which the driver failed to install.
Use device manager to see which device has ID VID_0A5C&PID_5801&MI_01\7&1eb0f4e8&0&0001.
Also give more detailed syatem specifications of your hardware components.

The device which the ID is "Microsoft Usbccid-Smartcard-Reader (WUDF)".
My hardware components in my Dell E6410 are as follows.

HDD: ST9500240AS, 500 GB SATA, AHCI

I suggest that you try uninstalling in Device manager (with the card reader unplugged). Then restart your PC, plug in the card reader, see if Windows finds the drivers for it.
In your first post you mentioned the problem recurred when you installed sound drivers? How are these related to the card reader?

Thank you for you suggestion.
Unfortunately I can't disconnect the card reader. It's a built in device of my Notebook. It's not even possible to deactivate it in my BIOS.
Normally there should be no connection between sound device and card reader. My be It's a driver problem. In a changelog of the card reader driver I read that it once interfered with the WLAN driver in a previous version.

Event ID 219 is logged after you install Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2
CAUSE
This event is logged because of the timing of components that are being loaded during the installation.
RESOLUTION
It is safe to ignore the message, and no action needs to be taken.
