Explanation for Error Code 2000-0620
Can someone tell me what this error means? The error in question is being thrown on an Inspiron 5555 after booting into diagnostics. I looked up the error code on the Interactive Support Agent but receive a message that says:
I'm sorry, but I do not recognize that particular code. Please verify the Diagnostic Error code below: (XXXX-XXXX)
What does this error code mean? Error code is 2000-0620.

It's an Ethernet device error -- did you have the system connected to a network by wired connection during the test?
Yes --> likely bad network adapter.
no --> test result is inconclusive (without a connection, the test can't run).

Thanks for the explanation. I would mark it as the answer but the site just refreshes and does not mark as answer. Where did you find the information for the error code? I'd like to be able to look up error codes when troubleshooting Dell systems.
