External HDD in NTFS is not working - DELL Inspirion 7359

Hello, I was recently made Dell Update, where my BIOS was update. From this moment I can't access my external HDD witch is NTFS partition.

I took my older External HDD which is half FAT half NTFS and I can only read FAT partition.

I have a error:
"Location is not available
