Factory Reset Problem

Hi Everyone,

I have a problem. I would like to Factory reset my Inspiron N5010 but when I press F8 and go to the menu I cannot find the Dell Backup and Recovery Manager, I don't even have that option. 

I tried installing the Dell Backup and Recovery software, but that already failed twice because of lack of space and it took several hours. 

I was wondering whether it's possible to fix this, so I can factory reset my laptop. 
I still have the windows 7 CD and all the drivers.
