Faded and washed out colors.

I have this issue on a vostro 3460. When I start Windows 7 right after logging in and displaying the desktop screen, colors on the display become too bright and washed out. Adjusting brightness/ Windows color calibration/ messing with nVidia drivers do not help.

During work occasionally screen colors become rich again for several seconds, but then it becomes dimmed and washed out again.

Is there a way to fix this?
