I just bought a dell e6440 latidue refurbished. How do I download videos from a tablet?.

If the video is on the tablet's hard drive, connect via USB to micros USB cable that may have come with the tablet. The tablet will generally show up like a USB flash drive. Browse to the directory containing the video file.
