What is the fiscal number of a laptop? I think it is my tax ID but I'm not sure. In what format should I write it?

There are only two number which are associated with the Dell Laptop. They are:
In case, if you have purchased the system through your Dell Preferred Account, and you are looking for some financial information in regards to it, you may get in touch with the Dell Financial Services at 1-800-283-2210. They are available from Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time.

I can't still register my notebook because I dont know what ID fiscal refers to....

I purchase a laptop and I am fullfill the registration form but It has an entry for fiscal number and I don't know what is it?
