Flickering Laptop Screen
Hi, I just posted a question a few minutes ago. It should be Inspiron 5749 with this screen issue. Latitude E6440 is my work computer, with no issue.

Hi Lillian,
Is this like a constant flickering? And does it only happen in Windows or when the system is loading outside of Windows? For example, if you press F2 or F12 at start up (so at the Dell screen when you first power on the computer) does it flicker in those places as well (F2 is for the BIOS and F12 is for the bootup menu)?
Lastly have you tried hooking up an external monitor or TV to see if the flickering follows it?
