Flickering video on Precision M4700

I have reinstalled a M4600 with following setup:

• Windows 7 SP1 64 bit

• nVIDIA Quadro K1000M

Following these steps

Reinstall the video drivers

1. If you had both onboard and dedicated video drivers (e.g. Intel HD and NVIDIA or AMD), first download and install the Intel HD video drivers from Dell.com/Support or Downloads.Dell.com.
2. Second download and install the NVIDIA or AMD video drivers from Dell.com/Support or Downloads.Dell.com.
3. Restart Windows normally.

Install 

1st Intel 4000 Version 10.18.10.4176, A17

2nd Dell ISV Certified Mobile Driver Version 311.35, A01

after the reboot the screen flicker cant type or do anything.???
