Foreign accents
Foreign accents.
Can you tell me how to create foreign accents on my Inspiron laptop? It's not a new laptop I got it in 2009.. it says Inspiron 1545 on the back if that helps. It has no num lock key, and the program I am using won't accept the Ctrl+`+letter command.. are there any other short cuts I could try? I've resorted to cutting and pasting which is really time consuming!! :emotion-7:

Someone asked about this before. Other than buying a small number pad, the only solution appears to be to use the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator tool http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/goglobal/bb964665
