Got the error 0x4001100200001005 while try to restore from Recovery Media

my service tag number is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy> . My name is Chiranjit Giri . 

I am getting an error 0x4001100200001005 while restoring factory image from the Recovery media(DVD)

and also telling to contact dell . 

I have not replace any of the hardware never. . . .  The error comes when the recovery progress goes to 5% . . . . 

 Please suggest me some solution .
