HOw to get UK support?
I click on 'contact us' in the support page for my XPS15 and I have three choices - email, phone and chat.
Each link goes to a German lanuage page.
How can I get an English language page? I don't know any German!
Or is there another way to contact Dell UK Tech Support?
Thanks!

Thanks Dragon6241 but those links are for Customers Support (orders, deliveries etc) no technical support. Amusingly, the customer email support link also comes up in German :emotion-7:

Ah, Dragon, I mis-clicked. I see one of your links is for technical support after, all. (My mistake)
That was the page I found but when I follow through to email/chat etc, I get a German page. Ouch.

Hi Rishi
Thanks for your response.
My issue is with an XPS 15 (9550). My service tag is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>).
The problem is the mouse/touchpad is way less useable than my olf XPS15 L502X model. The worst this is that it very often does not respond so very small initial movements. This is frustrating when using photo editing software
Also, the button click areas of the touchpad are touch sensitive as well as click-sensitive. This can be most annoying but there seems to be no way to disable this effect.

Dragon, thanks again for your continued efforts (round of applause!!) But the list of regions doesn't include UK. Or English or British. Perhaps I could pretend to be American? :-)

Hi MIKEY2000,
Apologies for delay in response.
The service tag is not displayed on public space as it contains your personal info. Could you kindly send me the service tag and your details through a private conversation for case records?
Also, this model has a precision touchpad which is Microsoft Precision Touchpad.
Read more about this technology - http://bit.ly/1OTXeEa - for Win 8.1 and http://bit.ly/1SB6NIJ for Win 10 - these links provide info about different functions of the touchpad and gesture info.
Should the issue persist, then try reinstalling the drivers - http://dell.to/208APcj
Keep us updated.
