Hard Drive 0 Error Code: 2000-01 42
I've got a Alienware 17 R2 and a problem. The Laptop isn't starting and After the ePSA it told me, that my hard drive isn't ok. So what should I do and can you guys help me? I will answere questions as good as I can!

The error code means hard drive is failing or has fail.You need a new hard drive. You can order a replacement in the link below - Technical or Customer):

Hopefully one of the Dell reps see this thread and give you a quote on a replacement
Note: If you have warranty, the replacement will be at no cost
