Hard disk partition
Hello
I just bought a new Dell XPS 13 (9360). I cannot seem to be able to partition the C: drive. I have tried using free third-party software, but to no avail. I have also tried disabling Hibernation, Pagefile and System Protection but in vain.
Could anybody advise further please?

You need to explain more. C is already a partition, your OS partition, so what exactly are you trying to do?
