Hardware check at POST
My Inspiron 8600's Setup screen (F2 during bootup) has a setting that supposedly allows a "thorough" test of system components. Does anyone know where the resulting log file is hidden in Windows Explorer (WinXP Pro)?

It isn't - it's stored in the Dell diagnostic partition, which is invisible to Windows.
