Help! Dell inspirion 15z 5523 black screen after factory reset
I want to make my dell inspirion 15z just like new out from box so i decided to reset it to factory setting ang delete all its data but after going in the last step pressing reset the screen turned black but the power button still has light. Is this normal? How long will it take?

Thank you for reaching us.
Windows reset could take some hours depending on the amount of data in the hard disk.
I would request you not to try reset as the first step, instead try "Dell backup and Recovery".
This takes just 30minutes approximately. and it restores the PC to factory settings.
