Help! Nobody responds to my email at Dell India
Hello,
I'm interested in purchasing Dell Inspiron 15R laptop. So, I filled up this form on 13 Nov 2010 at this link.
The case ID's are <ADMIN NOTE:Case no.removed per privacy policy> and
Nobody from Dell India cares to reply to my email. What should I do?

dell india really sucks :(
ordered an XPS
Nov 16 order status : estimated delivery date Nov 17
yesterday morning (Nov 17) site shown some apologies & contact here button
yesterday evening & now ORDER CANCELLED
WHATS GOING ON THERE..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! x(
even if it was some delivery delay by 2 or three days its not problem
but its showing ORDER CANCELLED
AM VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED WITH DELL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE & AM NOT GONNA RECOMMEND DELL TO MY COLLEAGUES..!!
i need some sort of compensation...!!
reply me ASAP dell india..!!
