Help upgrading my laptop
I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 with an Intel Celeron 900 @ 2.20GHz 2.19 GHz. I am wanting to upgrade my processor but I have absolutely no idea what I am looking for? What range do I want to be looking at?

Not without changing the entire system board - which is several hundred dollars in addition to the cost of a CPU.

The system will take just about any non-Extreme Core 2 Duo - but NOT the newer Core i3/i5/i7.
Since the system probably also has integrated video, don't spend a lot - it will simply shift the bottleneck to the video, which you cannot upgrade.
You'll find these get very expensive once you go beyond about 2.8 GHz.

Ok, thats great, so can I not upgrade the graphics card then?
