High fan utilization when Running Revit on M3800

Okey, so I have this problem with high fan noise when I'm running Autodesk Revit. No problem running AutoCad, illustrator, photoshop etc, but as soon as I start working in Revit the fan gets up to full speed within a few minutes. When running a Workload analysis with Dell Precision Optimizer the result is that CPU, Disk and Graphics have an average utilization of 0% with extremely short peaks around 50% and a memory average of 50%. If this Workload Analysis is accurate or not I don't know but this is the recurring result.

My Hardware is a "new" Dell Precision M3800 with i7-4712HQ 2.30 GHz, 16 gb RAM (2x8), Quadro K1100M Graphics Card, SSD disk.
I'm running Revit 2017 on Windows 10 64-bit. All drivers has been updated to the newest versions including BIOS update. Hardware Acceleration is turned on in Revit.

Do you have any ideas on what the "problem" could be or if there is a solution or not?
Is the hardware not good enough? Can it be a settings or drivers issue?

Is there something I can do or do I have to buy a new computer?

Thanks in advance!
