Hinge Issue on Brand New Laptop
I just received the Latitude 5480 a mere two days ago and the bottom of the lid "scrapes" on the body in the center when opening and closing. Obviously the hinges are misaligned and I am going to get such a hassle trying to get this fixed.

There's no point in repairing a system that's defective out of the box. Contact Dell and have the system replaced as defective on arrival.
