All I see is the "Realtek ALC3266 Audio Driver" on the Alienware 17-R4 page. When you installed it, find the folder it extracted into. Look for RealtekHDAudio\Nahimic\AWSoundCenter.exe.

For our users or us to assist, we need to know the specific Alienware model computer and the operating system installed.

mine is aw 15 r3 and I can't find it
