How to disable the mouse button (between the G and H on the keyboard)?

I have a Dell Latitude with Windows 7.

I can't figure out how to disable the mouse button in the middle of the keyboard. I tried looking in control panel but it's not obvious to me.   Can anyone help please?  Thank you so much!
